The story thus far:

You are a detective from another world. In this world, magic is done using the power of alchemy. It is the dawning of a new age, an age of reason and science. However with the changing times comes doubt and mistrust. Alchemists are mistrusted due to bad actors and those that did not understand the art.

You are an alchemist yourself, in the employ of the constabulary and the guild. You've been called to investigate the case of Evelyn Rinehirst, a young girl who has gone missing. Your investigation has lead you to Helvelt manor, home to a house loyal to the guild.

 Lord Helvelt has been reported missing around the same time as Evelyn and is thus one of your chief suspects.

Interactions:

When you get close to certain objects or people, interactions might be available.

 

  • Open Door - Opens a door if it's unlocked or you have the key. You may need to find keys to open certain doors.
  • Talk - Talk to the character in the area. So long as they're still willing to talk you might get vital clues into what is going on here.
  • Add Item to Inventory - Certain items can be picked up as clues, or to be used in alchemy to brew potions to solve problems.
  • Alchemy - At certain places in the world you can preform alchemy using the mysterious Ambrosia. As a guild member you always have a vial with you. You just need to find the components to make potions.
  • Investigate - Certain clues can be found if you investigate more closely. Try and leave no stone unturned!
